The plot is located in a rural setting 5 miles from the turn off on the right for Tillyminate Sawmill, off the A97 Huntly to Alford road. Huntly is the nearest town in the heart of West Aberdeenshire on the A96 with rail and bus links to Dyce, Aberdeen and Inverness. DIRECTIONS
Travelling southwards from Huntly on the A97 in the direction of Rhynie, carry on past the junction signposted for Tillathrowie. The next junction is signposted for Mytice. Turn right here onto the single track road and continue on this road up the glen until you reach the end of the tarred road. Turn right here into the shared private access road for the farm and cottages and the plot is located at the end of the row of cottages before the metal gate.
