This site was granted planning permission in principle for a residential development for the erection of 6 houses on 30th April 2015 under reference number B/APP/2015/0056. This planning permission has now expired.  Details of the permission together with relative conditions and plans can be viewed online at aberdeenshire.gov.uk/planning under the said reference number.

While the development would ideally suit a developer, the sellers would give consideration to selling sites individually. For any party purchasing all six plots as a development site, the sellers would be prepared to include additional adjacent land.

LOCATION
The site is to be found in the hamlet of Rora close to the village hall located on The Street with other residential properties in the vicinity.
