The property is located approximately 6-7 miles from Insch which is an increasingly popular village in a beautiful location. With a railway station and access onto the A96 Insch can be easily accessed from the surrounding towns of Aberdeen, Huntly, Inverurie, Inverness and Elgin. DIRECTIONS
Viewers are to meet the owner, Mr Middler at his home at Coldwells, Kennethmont, Insch. He will then arrange to take you to the steading. From Kennethmont take the road to Insch. Once you are past the distillery, and out of Kennethmont take the first road on the right which should be signposted Coldwells and meet Mr Middler at his property and he will take you up to the steading.
