To find the land at Belfatton, Lonmay, from Fraserburgh, head out the Aberdeen road and take a left at the “Newark” signpost. Carry on this road passing the houses on the left including the “Phillip Stewart” Photography Studio and take the next right. Keep on this road passing a field on the right clearly marked “Belfatton” but carry on past this until a T Junction faces you. Take the right at the T Junction and pass a few houses on the left before approaching the land at “Belfatton” also on the left. The land will be marked clearly by our “For Sale” sign.
