Lilybank enjoys a quiet and picturesque country location approximately 10 miles from Huntly and within short driving distances from Huntly, Rothienorman, Inverurie, Turriff and only 3.5miles from the A96. From Aberdeen head north on the A96 towards Huntly. Once past the A920 Colpy turn left shortly after Morgan McVeighs towards Wells of Ythan on to the single track road. Follow this road up the hill and take the second sharp right signposted Wells of Ythan and carry onto the crossroads. At wells of Ythan go over the crossroads, past the Balgaveny turning, on over the rise and Lilybank is located on the left hand side down a private track.
