The steading enjoys a quiet location on Brucklay Estate just outside the village of Maud and has open countryside views. From the village of Maud, proceed along Castle Road and after a short distance, take the road on the right towards Shevado Home Farm, the steading will be identified by our “For Sale” sign. It is within a short distance of the villages of Maud and New Deer and within easy commuting distance of Ellon, Peterhead and Turriff.
