LOCATION
The property is located approximately 8 miles from Huntly and 8 miles from Keith both of which have a range of shops, recreational facilities and local services. Primary schooling is available at the Rothiemay School with secondary schooling at The Gordon Schools, Huntly. There is a train station in both Huntly and Keith with links to the cities of Aberdeen and Inverness both with airports.

DIRECTIONS
From Huntly take the B9022 road to Portsoy then turn right into Rothiemay. At the junction turn right through the centre of Rothiemay and over the bridge. Take the first left after the bridge and follow this road for approximately 0.2 miles and take the road on the right signposted Redhill. Follow the road up to the farm which continues straight past this to the steading. Alternatively from the A96 turn right onto the A97 towards Banff and follow this road for approximately 3 miles and turn left towards Kinnoir and Rothiemay. Follow the road all the way to the end which will take you almost into Rothiemay itself. Before you cross over the bridge take the right where the road curves and again follow the road again for 0.2 miles and take the first turning on the right pointing towards Redhill.
