Tillyfourie is a small hamlet located a short distance from Alford. Primary schooling is provided at Tough School and nearby Alford also has a brand new primary and secondary schooling complex and a good range of shops and amenities. The property is also close to Kemnay and Inverurie for a larger selection of shops, services and amenities.

DIRECTIONS
From Inverurie take the B993 to Kemnay and proceed through the town, and along the B993 Alford road. Continue along this road, past the turning for Monymusk and the sign for Tillyfourie. Continue to the Aberdeen Alford road and turn right and the property is the second turning on the right.
